Join the celebration on March 27 as City proudly unveils Shirley Clarke Franklin Boulevard, SW and Shirley Clarke Franklin Park. Experience the vibrant spirit of Atlanta and honor the legacy of its 58th mayor. This landmark occasion kicks off at 11 a.m. at the corner of Central Ave. and 55 Trinity Ave., SW, followed by the park unveiling at 1 p.m. at 1660 Johnson Road, NW.
